We are a busy dive centre in Zanzibar who is looking for a Management couple or 2 individuals. The minimum qualification OWSI.

We are the only National Geographic Dive centre in East Africa and also a PADI 5* Gold Palm Resort. We are based in one of the islands top hotels and have high end clients who expect an excellent service.

The job would include everything in a diving instructors remit from filling tanks, loading boats to guiding and teaching OW courses. You would also be managing the centre and responsible for maximising profit. Reporting directly to the Directors this would be your operation to run.

You must be able to speak English and Italian to be a successful candidate. Any other language ability is a bonus. German would be a real positive.

We are an established dive centre but are still growing all the time and there are opportunities available on the horizon to develop yourself with us.

The diving here is excellent with amazing marine life and perfect corals to keep all divers happy.

The minimum contract is 1 year with the opportunity to extend past that later on. We would like to have the team in place by the middle of June.

The package includes a basic salary and a percentage of profit and then also accommodation is supplied.
