Seeking for adventure sports manager or adventure sports management couple to assist our existing operations management in overseeing the day to day operations of a very busy Diving and Adventure Sports center. Both single or couple applications will be considered.

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
• PADI Dive Instructor

• PADI Emergency First Response Qualification

• Computer literacy

• Ability to work within a multi-cultural environment

• Management experience

• Business correspondence skills

• Multi-tasking abilities

• Professional appearance

Additional beneficial qualifications:

• Foreign Languages

• Caribbean Work Experience

• ACA Sea-Kayaking Instructor

• Mountain Bike Experience

The successful candidates will receive salary plus commission, accommodation, work permit and liability insurance coverage. Successful candidate will be offered a minimum 1 year contract with option to renew annually upon mutual agreement.

Diving instructor positions for 2010

We have 2 seasonal positions open for PADI instructors with an aptitude for retail sales. We need one experienced Instructor who has their specialty instructor ratings, specifically in Nitrox, Deep, and Wreck. We also need one newer Instructor who is looking to develop their skills and experience and is working toward their MSDT. Both must be willing to sell and generate students through leads and retail interactions. Olympus is an incredible place to work but it can be demanding. Our diving is more advanced so the perspective instructor must be comfortable with open ocean, deep wreck diving. In the summer months Olympus is very busy, with a diverse customer base from all over the world. Applicants must be US citizens and have a valid Drivers license. Multi diving activity center with excellent Opportunities for applicants in the Following areas:- teaching diving,retail & Admin, boat & related, site services etc. Based on Scotland’s West Coast. Dry suit experience required and essential. Water is sometimes cold. This is a long term appointment for individuals who see instructional development and dive center management as important. Dive Masters who have potential may also apply. Please submit CV with recent photo including number of dives to date. All staff are trained in risk management and other relative skills. The remuneration is in two parts – a basic or retainer together with performance incentives. Applicants must be capable of team working with a thirst for self development. Accommodation is provided as part of the package. Our Dive Center run boat diving, full range tuition, a very active repair department and a thriving shop.
