We need a full-time Training Facilitator.

Qualifications:
- Must have a genuine passion for the land, the air and the waters (a.k.a., the Environment)
- Willing to live in one of the most beautiful places on Earth
- Proficient in oral and written English language, and ability to make presentations
- Scuba-diver and Visayan-speaking will be a plus (or willing to learn).
- Willing to learn and teach to laymen the basics of marine science
- Personable with ability to work with resource persons and potential students
- Ability to organize work programs and to attend to details
- Creative and resourceful

Job Description:
- Supervise the operation of the learning facility and ensure that equipment and facilities are in good working order.
- Conduct short training sessions (3-5 hours per session), or put together and facilitate training sessions for special audiences for two or three days.
- Network with schools, universities, national and international volunteer and non-government organizations, resort operators to engage potential partners in the conduct of proactive education programs
- Perform administrative functions (e.g. Preparation of narrative and financial reports).
- Conduct of outreach programs to neighboring island barangays
- Organize communities for eco-livelihood projects

Currently we are seeking applications from PADI Dive Instructors to teach all levels of PADI courses. Preference will be given to INSTRUCTORS ELIGIBLE TO HOLD AN AUSTRALIAN WORKING HOLIDAY VISA OR AUSTRALIAN RESIDENTS who are available for an immediate start.

In keeping with the high level of professional service we provide, Instructors are required to hold the following Qualifications

1. Current teaching status PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor or higher rating.
2. Current a Senior 1st aid certification.
3. Valid motor vehicle driver license, held for a minimum of 3 consecutive years

Instructor/Manager required for niche dive centre

A job opening has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic PADI Instructor to take over from the existing Instructor/Manager. We are a small but busy dive centre rated the 2nd in Bahrain, and the successful candidate will be responsible for teaching all courses as well as supervising the existing watersports and boat marina staff, and organising international dive trips.

We are looking for ideally a male, however females will be considered, with a valid driving license, at least EANx, Wreck and Navigation speciality instructor ratings, and must be EFR Instructor qualified and PADI MSDT or higher with at least 100 certifications at all levels. We are looking for someone with excellent English reading and writing skills between the ages of 25 and 35 with previous staff/centre management experience. No couples please, and a knowledge of the Arab culture would be beneficial.

A competitive package is offered including accommodation, meals, transport, commission on courses and paid holiday.

This role will involve:
• Leading and instructing guests and staff on dives around local fringing reef

Key Criteria:
