Diver Job: Experienced OWSI/MSDT for Cozumel island Mexico

Prefered Qualifications and motivations.
1) Available in Mexico within several days as it’s high season.
2) Multilingual with at least English and Spanish (preferable extra language like French, Italian or German)
3) Must be very experienced and following the PADI standards and our standards to the point.
4) Will be based at Cozumel island (Top 10 dive destination in the world)
5) Age not older than 35 as this is one of our busiest 5 star dive centers. Multiple dives per day.
6) Team mentality
7) Good sales history

This scuba diving job is for a multi location 5 Star IDC Dive Resort in the Mexican Caribbean.

We look to hire PR’s, DM’s and OWSI’s immediately.

In order to qualify for employment with us you must:

1) Be multilingual, speaking at least english plus one other language such as German, french, Spanish, dutch, Italian. German speakers preferred due to our high percentage of German customers.

2) Be committed to very high customer service, safety and professionalism.

3) Be a team player and be able to work under pressure. No “8 to 5″ mentality.

4) Be an excellent and strong sales person. Monthly minimum sales quotes are being expected.

5) Be available here in Mexico immediately.
