We are pleased that due to further expansion we are looking for 2 more staff.

We are a busy resort year round and are often rated as one of the best operations in the Caribbean. You will be required to take on various roles such as teaching courses, guiding dives, pumping tanks etc….. everything needed to keep the operation running smoothly.
Before applying for this position please do your research. We are located on the more remote side of the Island.
There is one grocery store, one gas station..a couple of resorts and now even a Dunkin Donuts, but little else… except the best diving on Grand Cayman!!!

We are looking for a PADI Instructor to join our team. You will have a strong work ethic, a high regard for customer service, strong attention to detail and of course a good sense of humour.
You should be physically fit, English should be your primary language, be between the ages 25-35, hold a valid driving license and be a non-smoker.
We offer a competitive monthly salary, gratuity share, contribution to medical plan and after a qualifying period, contribution to an offshore pension….. and 2.5 days off per week!!

Also, for the right individuals, we can offer advancement in teaching credentials under the tutelage of our permanent CD or training to be one of our Boat Captains.
A work permit is required to work in the Cayman Islands and Ocean Frontiers will cover all fees to the CI Dept of Immigration.
