Small Boutique Surf and Dive Resort on main Island Viti Levu, Fiji is looking for experienced, motivated, professional ‘Resort Management’ couple from immediate (June 2009) for the long term.
Interested in couples only, with a background in management in the hospitality industry and ideally small, exclusive dive resorts. The positions offered are Resort Managers and as such include the overall management of the resort, thereby fully running the resort in ALL aspects and reporting to the owners. Please only apply if you have an actual history and experience in resort management.
KEY CRITERIA:
Him/Her: * PADI Instructor with great people skills * Overall Dive Operation management skills required * Experience in equipment repair & maintenance * Boat Handling * Outboard mechanics knowledge a big plus * Work experience in resorts with knowledge of overall resort management repair & maintenance
Her/Him: * Strong front office management and organization skills, computer literacy and resort management experience * Experience in reservations and reception, front office * Experience in (international) resort marketing * Experience in budgeting and finance * Experience in managing resort staff in all resort aspects: kitchen, housekeeping, landscaping, boatmen etc…
Both: * Flexibility/adaptability to work in all areas of the resort, etc as required. * Interest in being part of a growing business and in working in an island resort. * Being able to create and be part of a hospitality atmosphere is what its all about, thereby hospitality experience and enjoying being hosts is an absolute must!!!
