Working in a team of two you will have dedicated resorts to visit daily, some with up to 2000 guests. You will be responsible for introducing diving to those who have never tried and booking courses or DSD experiences for them and for arranging dive trips for qualified divers.
With multiple locations and different product offerings there are many ways of earning extremely generous commission.

General Manager – Mechanical Exp. Required
General Manager Couple with professional appearance and upbeat attitudes is required for small Private Island in the Caribbean. GM’s will be working closely with the Corporate office and together will run all operations on the Island. DiveMaster wanted in unexplored northern Mozambique

About you…
We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing and self-motivated Dive Master or Dive Instructor for our Dive Operations based in Portsea on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria. Skills in office administration & sales are essential.
Your main role will be based in the Dive Centre coordinating bookings and sales. Our Store sells dive & kayak equipment, clothing, accommodation, dive, kayak & snorkel tours plus dive courses.
Your secondary role will be to run guided dives and snorkel tours for individuals and groups. Groups are a major component of our business including Cruise Ship clients and School groups, so experience in these areas is an advantage. Divemaster/Marine Biologist for 5* Resort – Maldives
We are looking for a Divemaster/Marine Biologist for one of our dive and water sports operations based in a luxury 5 star resort in the Maldives.
Reporting to the Base Leader, the successful applicant will have a proven track record as a Divemaster, guide and Marine Biology expert. He or she will be a hard worker, highly motivated and flexible with impeccable customer service skills, plenty of initiative and the ability to successfully work in a team.
Main duties include providing enjoyable, informative and safe instruction and guidance during diving, snorkeling and other activities with a Marine Biology focus. Organizing and conducting occasional presentations will also be part of the job but much of the time will be spent in the water teaching and guiding resort guests. Since we cover all the water based activities (fishing, water sports, excursions etc) a flexible approach to work is essential as guest relations, helping with excursions and boat handling, retail sales, equipment maintenance and general dive base housekeeping will also be part of the daily routine.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• BSc in Marine Biology or equivalent degree (alternatively a proof of sound knowledge
and expertise is required, with min 3 years of practical experience in marine biology
programs development & delivery)
• PADI Divemaster license or higher
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) and minimum another European language
(French, German, Italian, Spanish etc.) – additional languages a definite advantage
