Are you SCUBA Diving Ninja, retail maestro and the type of Dive Instructor who has a following like a TV evangelist? We are seeking a PADI Dive Instructor with retail management experience that has the skills and characteristics to not only run a store but build a business from the base up. We have a new store which requires an individual with the passion, drive and talent to make a real difference. This is a Revenue and Profit Responsible position that requires an individual with a combination of Dive Industry experience, retail management and the charisma to attract and retain divers.
This is a multi-store environment where the Store Manager reports to an off-site Managing Director. The Store Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the store, has joint responsibility for product range selection and group marketing with the MD and other store manager(s). The position is also responsible for local marketing activities and training and trip management (coordinated with other store(s)).
This role will be salaried and will include performance based remuneration so candidates must have confidence in their ability to deliver results.
Required attributes:
• Experienced SCUBA diver
• Retail Sales experience
• Retail Management Experience or other applicable business management experience
• Marketing experience and demonstrated track record in creative marketing initiatives.
• Competent computer skills including word, excel and competence with point of sale software
• Charisma, passion drive and determination
• Doesn’t take him or herself too seriously, remember diving is fun!!

Diving Resort in Greece is looking for an English manager/instructor to run their dive center for the summer season.
You will be employed by our diving resort working in conjunction with Mark Warner holidays over the summer until October / November.
Our Dive Manager/Dive Instructor position is part of a small team. You will be expected to take an active role in all aspects of running the diving center, paperwork, meet and greeting of new guests etc as well as the usual Discover Scuba / Bubble maker / Open Water / Advanced and guided diving, filling of tanks and washing the kit.
Applicants need to be young at heart and able to mix socially in the Mark Warner system.
