The role involves day-to-day management of the centre and its full/part-time staff, promotion of courses and UK/Overseas trips, retail sales and some instruction.

We are looking for a Dive Manager with previous experience in small resorts. Knowledge of Underwater Photography a plus. Must be Customer Service oriented with great people skills. Must be a good teacher/instructor for our local staff. Budgeting/paperwork skills needed.

The original resort located in the famed Lembeh Strait, Muck Diving capitol of the world.

Amazing opportunity for Beach managers in Zanzibar

This position is for a Beach Manager which is not a diving position although there are opportunities for diving as well.

The job is based in one of the top hotels in Zanzibar and will give the successful applicant a chance to work with high end clients on a daily basis.

The job will include everything from snorkelling trips to helping with bed mattresses and taking on tasks as a department manager of the hotel. There are many other tasks involved in the job.

As mentioned it is a beach managers position but benefits would be any form of watersports experience or instructor ratings.

The Dive center and Hotel are separate companies but work very closely together and this would mean there would be opportunities to dive as well and possibly even to assist or teach courses if the dive center needed assistance.

The contract would be for minimum of 1 year with 2 years preferred. The salary is backed up with accommodation and full board in the resort.
