Position: Operations Manager

Necessary qualifications:
A minimum of five years experience in a related managerial position
Quantifiable Sales and Marketing experience
University degree
Computer and communication savvy
Business accounting basics
Willing to commit to a minimum of a two year contract

The ability to work well with a culturally diverse clientele and staff
A professional attitude & strong work ethic
Be dynamic, energetic, reliable, and self motivated
Must possess a positive attitude at all times
An experienced dive professional or the willingness to learn to become one

Duties & Responsibilities:
To manage the day to day running of the company
To develop long term business & marketing strategies
To oversee the budget, and maintain profitability
To manage and lead all departments & staff

Services & Activities:
All manner of aqua sport recreation activities including scuba diving,
Parasailing, Island excursions, boating, fishing, yacht, sailing, glass bottom and semi-submersibles tours, tow sports & tow rides and jet skiing, as well as well as retail sales.
