This  job is for a strong, experienced Lodge General Manager and Scuba diver, in a beautiful far-flung beach in Northern Mozambique. The candidate must have extensive lodge hospitality experience as indicated below but must also be very passionate about our community and conservation objectives and be a qualified PADI Instructor.
- Minimum 2-3 yrs experience working in isolated 4/5* lodge as a General Manager.
- PADI Dive Instructor (or very experienced DM)
- Good Portuguese and/or fluent Spanish
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passionate about our philanthropic objectives
- Good technical and maintenance skills
- Excellent staff management, admin, HR, cost control and financial skills/experience
- Excellent customer care service skills
- Candidate must have excellent references, be a very good team player, run a tight ship and be looking for longer term commitment to the company.
