Seeking for adventure sports manager or adventure sports management couple to assist our existing operations management in overseeing the day to day operations of a very busy Diving and Adventure Sports center. Both single or couple applications will be considered.

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
• PADI Dive Instructor

• PADI Emergency First Response Qualification

• Computer literacy

• Ability to work within a multi-cultural environment

• Management experience

• Business correspondence skills

• Multi-tasking abilities

• Professional appearance

Additional beneficial qualifications:

• Foreign Languages

• Caribbean Work Experience

• ACA Sea-Kayaking Instructor

• Mountain Bike Experience

The successful candidates will receive salary plus commission, accommodation, work permit and liability insurance coverage. Successful candidate will be offered a minimum 1 year contract with option to renew annually upon mutual agreement.
