We have the Manager Position open for a couple.

Starting date: December 2009

Dive Center in Baja California Sur, Mexico.

Payment. Salary plus Instructor/Divemaster Activities commissions (Diving guide, PADI Courses and Snorkeling Tours)

Accommodation provided on site. No meals included.

Requirements:

PADI Instructors or above in actual teaching status

Fluent in Spanish, English (Other languages are welcome)

Previous experience in managing

Compressor operation and Maintenance experience

Tanks visual inspection, cleaning and repairing experience

Regulators repairing and maintenance experience (Sherwood Regulators)

Driving License

Administrative skills (basic accounting, computers operation, etc.)

Position Duties:

Managers are required to run the dive center operation in the daily needs, coordinate instructors/divemasters/ captains work; take and control tours reservations from San Lucas and San Jose, coordinate it with the transportation company in daily basis.

Maintenance and repairing of diving gear and compressor operation and maintenance.

Credit Cards, coupons and cash control and report.

One manager is required to be at the diveshop everyday form 8 am util 5 pm to take care of reservations and walk in customers. One day off a week. Managers will have to coordinate their days off in order to accomplish diveshop duties.-

Managers participate as one instructor in the in water work distribution with the rest of the staff.
