Starting March 2011 ASAP, minimum length of work 4 months. No earlier experience needed. Dive certificate, experience in underwater photography and multi-language skills is a plus. A guide need to be able to freedive (as a part of the job on shark watch).

Instructor for northern Phuket – Thailand

We are looking for one full time Instructor to start asap. Therefore applicants should be already in the area or on the way to it.

The Dive Center is located in a premium 5* resort. From here we service all other 5* resorts on this beautiful beach. In the high season we offer diving at the renowned Similan Islands north west of Phuket. All year round we offer diving east and south east of Phuket.

Instructors’ essential qualifications are:

- Fluent in English, other languages (German, Russian, etc) welcome
- SSI Instructor rating definitely a plus
- Proven record of at least one-year experience of working in a Dive Center
- Excellent communication skills and customer oriented attitude on the boat & under water
- Able to teach children, teenagers as well as adults, and teach according to standards
- Highest safety awareness
- Computer literate
- Have a clean & tidy outfit, no visible piercing, no excessive tattoos
- Be mature in mind
- Willing to fit in a small, professional and harmonic team
- Expect long days and hard work, but also a lot of fun
- All staff are expected to be willing to fulfill office duties, and Try Dive programs for all ages

Work is usually six days a week, though it may happen in peak season that the “day off” is shifted to a calmer period. Monthly salary paid on time. Do realize that this Dive Center is based in the north of Phuket, away from the mass tourism of Patong and Kata. You will be expected to use your own transportation to go to work (moped).

We are looking for an experienced Instructor for our Dive Center in Pattaya, Thailand

Applicant must have previous proven experience in a busy Dive Center/Shop, and preferable background in Sales. Furthermore, experience and knowledge of Equipment Servicing and IT Skills are also required.

Due to the size of our Dive Center, the applicant will need to have a strong people skills, good communication, be a versatile team player, hardworking, honest and pro active.

Applicant must have strong personal people skills and experience as an Instructor in a busy Dive center, as well as in Sales and be versatile team player.

Languages needed are English, Scandinavian (Danish or Swedish), Russian and Japanese. All languages should be at teaching level.

We are looking for a skilled videographer to join our team this upcomming season. The season starts in the beginning of november, running to the beginning of April. The job is mainly to take footage of marine life and environment and snorkelers. Previous videographers has reached an average income of just under 60 000 THB/month while working 5 days/week. The goal for this season is a 6 day working week which should increase the salary as well.

I will need a few Instructors working shop/sales, dive-mastering and instructing for the period of October to Mai. Pay structure is yet to be fixed, but it should work out to be 30K to 40K Thai Baht per month (+4 days off). We dive at Local islands, Phi Phi, Shark point/Anemone reef.
