Required criteria’s:

* PADI MSDT Instructor.
* Able to teach all PADI Courses in Japanese & English.
* High level of customer service and commitment.
* Good Interpersonal skills & team attitude.

Preferences

* EFR & EANx Instructor ratings.
* Prior resort experience preferred.

We are looking for experienced Chinese Speaking Dive Instructors for a position within our premier Dive and Water sports operation based in the top 5 Star luxury resort in the Maldives.

Reporting to the Base Leader, the successful applicant will have a proven track record as an Instructor and Guide. You will be a hard worker, highly motivated and adaptable with impeccable customer service skills, plenty of initiative and the ability to successfully work in a team.

Main duties include providing enjoyable, informative and safe guidance/instruction during in-water activities including scuba diving and snorkeling.

A flexible approach to work is essential as guest relations, helping with excursions and boat handling, retail sales, equipment maintenance and general dive base housekeeping will also be part of the daily routine.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• PADI OWSI license or higher

• Fluency in Chinese as well as conversant in English

• Current Diving Insurance

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

• Previous work experience in the Maldives would be an advantage but not essential

We offer an eleven month contract, on site full board, twin-share a/c accommodation and a competitive remuneration package. All visa expenses will be paid by the Company. We are looking for a Russian Speaking Instructor to join our cozy team in Maldives.

We are looking for reliable and responsible PADI instructors to start asap; ideally male and aged between 25 years and 35 years.

Essential qualifications are:

Absolutely fluent in English (ideally native speaker), plus French and / or Italian is a must, German also welcome. Other languages of course are an additional plus.
Outstanding communication skills, used to work under pressure, service oriented.
Have a clean & tidy outfit, no excessive piercing and tattoos, be mature in mind.
Willing to fit in a highly professional and harmonic team. Minimum Qualification: OWSI in teaching status, desirably with Nitrox, DUP and Deep Specialties. Prior teaching experience is required. Please bear in mind that Hakura is a very small island, so you shouldn’t have a problem with living in a remote area.

Willing to work as snorkel guide or on shop duty from time to time. Should there be a period with less work, you could be sent temporarily to help out in our dive center on another island.

We are looking for a longterm employment. Work is usually six days a week, though it may happen in peak season that the “day off” is shifted to a calmer period. Monthly salary will be paid on time. We provide accommodation on a twin-share basis, food and laundry service.
