We are looking for an energetic & motivated instructor couple to manage our dive resort on Bunaken Island. The contract is for 1 year and is re-newable.

We are a small PADI 5 Star IDC Resort that caters for max 20 divers, and we have 10 beach-side cottages.

Requirements:
- Dive Instructor – 1 person will be a dedicated instructor, and must be able to work with our existing team of local staff (instructor, dive guides and boat crew). Also need to have gas blender certificate to support our Nitrox facility.
- Resort Manager – 1 person will be looking after the resort therefore must have Administrative skills (basic accounting, computers operation, etc.) and already have some experience in resort management (managing local staff, formalising management procedures, management reporting, etc).
- we would expect both to spend a lot of time with our guests above and below the water – we are a small resort so its like working on a liveaboard!
Criteria – we are looking for a couple who are:
- experienced PADI instructors in actual teaching status, at least one must be MSDT Instructor
- european with professional backgrounds, aged 30-35
- fluent in English (other languages are an advantage)
- have experience working in Asia and managing local dive and resort staff
- easy going and flexible, with lots of initiative and energy
