Successful trainees will work as PADI Divemasters for a minimum 3 months, this is a very good opportunity to repay your investment, get excellent experience in an area known for amazing diving and live in a beautiful spanish ocean front town. There will be opportunity to train beyond Divemaster as well and possibilty of permanent full time positions for the right candidates.
We are teaching the 2011 PADI Divemaster program, our resident PADI Course Director will be your primary instructor.
Your investment will include, travel to cabo San Lucas, living costs for the duration of your time here, course fees, materials and PADI application fees. You will also need dive insurance.

About you…
We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing and self-motivated Dive Master or Dive Instructor for our Dive Operations based in Portsea on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria. Skills in office administration & sales are essential.
Your main role will be based in the Dive Centre coordinating bookings and sales. Our Store sells dive & kayak equipment, clothing, accommodation, dive, kayak & snorkel tours plus dive courses.
Your secondary role will be to run guided dives and snorkel tours for individuals and groups. Groups are a major component of our business including Cruise Ship clients and School groups, so experience in these areas is an advantage. We pride ourselves on personalized service and going that extra mile.
You will need to be fluent in English, have a full drivers license, and be in Australia in now and available through to the end of May 2011. You will also organize your own work permit.
